Help us maintain a safe platform by reporting harmful behavior. Your reports are crucial in keeping the EARF community secure and respectful. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

What to Report

Report any behavior that violates our Community Safety & Zero Tolerance Policy.

How to Report

We provide multiple ways to report abuse to make it as easy as possible. Choose the method that works best for you:

Via Discord

Join our official Discord server and create a support ticket:

  1. Go to our Discord server (replace with actual link)
  2. Navigate to the #Create-a-Ticket or Open Ticket Channel
  3. Use the Create a ticket button in the #Create-a-Ticket channel or follow the channel instructions to create a ticket
  4. Provide detailed information about the incident

Via Email

Send a detailed report to our support team:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Include as much detail as possible (see tips below)
  • Attach screenshots, links, or evidence if available

In-Platform Reporting

Where available on the platform:

  • Use the Report button on content
  • Select the appropriate category and provide context

What Happens When You Report?

  1. Initial Review: Our Trust & Safety team reviews your report within 24 hours
  2. Investigation: We gather evidence and may contact you for more details if needed
  3. Action: If confirmed, we take appropriate action (warnings, bans, content removal)
  4. Privacy Note: Due to privacy and confidentiality reasons, we may not provide detailed updates on the status of individual reports or share specific actions taken
  5. Escalation: Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement

Tips for Effective Reporting

To help us investigate quickly and effectively:

  • Be Specific: Include usernames, timestamps, links, and exact details
  • Provide Evidence: Screenshots, chat logs, or video recordings are invaluable
  • Explain Impact: Describe how the behavior affected you or others
  • Stay Safe: Don't confront the abuser yourself; let us handle it
  • Report Promptly: Early reports help prevent further harm
